Good Afternoon! This was an exciting week…let’s take a look back.

On Tuesday:

We shared the hour with Jude Biersdofer – Author – Netbooks – The Missing Manual Series.

Jude who is always a great guest spent the hour talking to us about her latest book. As she always does Jude took us step by step in what to look for when buying a Netbook straight through how to optimize it for an enjoyable computing experience.

On Wednesday:

Randy Skoglund – Our DC Download Guy walked us around the Capital and told us what was happening on the Hill.

Dave Doering – TechVoice was as he always is very informative. We talked about Google and their surprise announcement of GPS. Then we spoke about Microsoft and some cloud computing issues that they faced.

On Thursday:

Dan walked us through the CompTIA Association and its many services to the membership. He reviewed their Community forums and the many extended service’s that are presented to help members in areas that they might need some help in.

Java with John:

Woody Pewitt and Thomas Koll joined me back in September to talk about Laplinks PC Mover that enables you to do and upgrade from Windows XP to Windows 7.
