Foundation Repurposes Computers to Keep
Military Families Connected and School Children Successful

By Staff

Since December 2002, John Iasiuolo, the host of Computer Outlook Talk Show, has shared his technology journey with listeners by combining his New York Italian style, his disarming sense of humor, and his child-like curiosity with some of the industry’s most respected leaders under the guidelines of just one rule: tech talk with zero techno-babble. In the eight years since the inception of the show, Iasiuolo has earned the trust and respect of well over a million unique online listeners every month.

In the process of gaining confidence and expertise in the computer industry, Iasiuolo discovered two segments of the U.S. population that are not fortunate enough to own or have access to a computer: under-resourced children and families of deployed service personnel.

“I read in a 2009 Nielsen’s report that as many as 9.7 million children do not have access to a computer; yet more and more of the world is revolving around computers,” observed John. “The fact is, school children without computers cannot compete academically with their peers who have ready access to the vast information and resources available on the Internet. This ultimately contributes to the ever-growing gap between economically stable families and those families who are considered ‘working poor.’ The other group most in need of computers, deployed military personnel, rely on communication with their family at home to keep them connected. It’s a priceless commodity, and although many overseas bases and stations have a few computers available for the deployed service personnel to use, there are usually more personnel than computers, resulting in limited communication with family members waiting stateside.”

In interviewing many of the computer industry’s guests on his show, John learned of another problem—this time within the business community.

“Every year, Fortune 500 corporations update and upgrade their employees’ computers,” explained Iasiuolo. “When they are replaced, those perfectly good, end-of-lease computers are often stripped for parts or simply thrown away.”

But outdated computers that are sent to the landfill pose a hazardous threat to the environment: monitors contain lead, central processing units contain mercury and chromium, and the systems themselves contain arsenic and halogenated organic substances.

“That’s when I realized that we could help both sides,” said Iasiuolo, “those who needed computers and those who needed to get rid of computers, and I established the Outlook Foundation. Now instead of being thrown away, a company’s computers can be repaired, refurbished, and repurposed to ensure a castaway resource is placed in the hands of those who need them most.”

According to Iasiuolo, the mission of the Outlook Foundation is simply defined: to repurpose computers and give them to under-resourced children, as well as deployed service personnel and their stateside families. Since its launch in November, 2010, the foundation has acquired corporate commitments to provide 4,000 laptops and nearly twice as many desktop computers to begin filling those needs in the first quarter of 2011.

By resourcing these unwanted computers, Iasiuolo’s foundation will not only help individuals directly, but ultimately the program will help companies economically adhere to the latest disposal guidelines intended to protect the environment. In return, the companies receive a certificate documenting that the technology was either repurposed or recycled and that all electronic data on functional storage devices has been erased by means of a destructive overwrite processes described in U.S. Department of Defense document DOC 5220.22-M to ensure the data is not recoverable.

“It’s a solution that not only provides immediate help to people, but also helps reduce technology’s negative impact on the environment,” said Iasiuolo. “The foundation will recycle computer components, and any technology that cannot be refurbished will be disposed of using certified organizations to ensure hazardous waste will be kept out of landfills.”

The underlying reason behind Iasiuolo’s passionate pursuit of this dream began on December 7, 2007, when he contracted congestive heart failure and, consequently, kidney failure. As a very successful dialysis patient who is in many ways healthier now than he has been in a long time, Iasiuolo feels he has been given a second chance at life.

“This is my way of paying forward in a tangible and hopefully significant way for all the times my own life has been touched so positively by experiences and the people around me,” said Iasiuolo.

To further help ensure that they are opening doors to new opportunities when they provide a computer to an under-resourced child, the Outlook Foundation has teamed with several technology education leaders to provide education vouchers that will give families the tools to fully embrace those prospects. These education vouchers will allow computer recipients to pursue a technology education at no cost to the family. They will learn Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word, open source community applications, entertainment applications, including photo and video editing, and more.

“By walking that extra mile alongside our adopted families,” said Iasiuolo, “the foundation and its partners are providing the chance at better; more financially secure futures for our young people.”

The Outlook Foundation is currently in the process of receiving 501c3 non-profit status. For more information or to make a donation, please visit http://www.outlookfoundation.org/ or call 888-782-3610.

We are receiving such a great response to our Press Release that went out yesterday:

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Computer Outlook Talk Show Announces Foundation to Provide Computers to Under-Resourced Children and Families of Deployed Service Personnel

Non-Profit Outlook Foundation’s mission to repurpose cast away technology into the hands of those who need them most

LAS VEGAS, NV – November 4, 2010 -- Computer Outlook Talk Show announced today the launch of the Outlook Foundation, a non-profit organization created to refurbish and repurpose computers; providing them to children whose economic background prevents them from having equal educational opportunities, as well as to deployed US service personnel and their stateside families in an effort to help maintain communication with loved ones. Beyond helping children and our service families, Outlook Foundation will also use its resources to reduce the amount of hazardous technology waste in landfills by recycling remaining technology through certified organizations.

As many as 9.7 million children in the United States do not have access to a computer, leaving them unable to compete academically with their peers who have ready access to the vast information and resources available on the internet. This ultimately contributes to the ever-growing gap between economically stable families and those families who are considered working poor. Among the population of deployed service personnel and their stateside families, communication is a priceless commodity. However, with the high cost of International phone service, many military families cannot communicate with loved ones deployed overseas unless they have access to a computer.

“Every year corporations update and upgrade their computers,” explained John Iasiuolo, Host of Computer Outlook Talk Show and co-founder of Outlook Foundation. “When a computer is replaced, the perfectly good computer is generally thrown away or recycled. The Outlook Foundation will repurpose these computers to ensure a cast away resource gets into the hands of those who need them most. This is our active and passionate pursuit, and we already have a corporate commitment for 4,000 laptop computers and 7,200 desktop computers.”

Outdated computers pose a hazardous threat to the environment: monitors contain lead, central processing units contain mercury and chromium, and the systems themselves contain arsenic and halogenated organic substances. By collecting obsolete computers, refurbishing and repurposing them to needy children and deployed service personnel and their stateside families Outlook Foundation will reduce technology’s negative impact on the environment. In the event a computer cannot be refurbished, the foundation is prepared to recycle the technology through certified organizations so they will be kept out of landfills.

Outlook Foundation aspires to further assist these families by providing education vouchers which will allow computer recipients to pursue technology education at no cost to the family. By walking that extra mile alongside adopted families, the foundation and its partners are providing the chance for better, more financially secure futures.

“Whether a child in an economically struggling family trying to compete academically, or a service family divided by contents trying desperately to stay connected, motivated and encouraged, the Outlook Foundation wants to be a part of the catalyst for change so that both groups recognize their potential and their value,” said Iasiuolo speaking of his dream.

Hi Everyone don't be shocked yes 2 weeks in a row...yeah John.

Lot's of work this week on the show and how it is going to support the foundation. I have to tell you there is so much to do that he designed to keep the foundation in good standards and legal. We have now completed the business plan and necessary budgets. I'm really feeling good about where we are and I'm thinking that by mid Sept we will begin raising money for the foundation...keeping my fingers crossed.

Wow I almost forgot to share with you some great news on our foundation effort.

We will be submitting all the required documents this week to the IRS for our exempt status and gearing up for the launch of our initial Fundraising efforts.

With that said I would like to introduce you to a few of the Management  and Professional selections that have been made to guide is though this process.

Tracy Laidlaw, Director of marketing and Promotion - you all know Tracy she has been at my side and has helped us get to this point right now. Well she is still at my side and will be a very big part of the Foundation

Brian Crandall, Director of Resource Development -  has been chosen to head up all the fundraising efforts.

Christine Iasiuolo, Director of Administration - without her guidance and wonderful work at the ComputerOutlook Talk Show this opportunity would not exist.

Randy Skoglund , Managing Partner of Orange Hat Group - Randy and his partners will be developing our web site and social media presence.

Here is our Executive Summary which will give you a thumbnail view of our Mission:

What to do with outdated and unwanted computers is becoming an increasingly vexing question for companies large and small. The components on these products include aluminum, plastics, glass, cathode ray tubes (CRTs), liquid crystal displays (LCD's), solder, lead, and other materials that are not friendly to the environment. As a result, many states have made it illegal to simply throw out or dump used computers and related electronic equipment. There are currently 23 states with e-waste laws.

The Outlook Foundation will use computer industry connections, experienced computer technicians and marketing connections to receive and repair computers. The Outlook Foundation will then find economically needy children, military personnel and their families across the country to receive the computers. We will use our business, school and community connections to find recipients and a Board of Advisors to help qualify them. Outlook Foundation will be connected with the Computer Outlook Talk Show http://www.computeroutlook.com/, which will allow us to have a national reach and exposure, as well as a constant inflow of industry connections to draw support from.

Check back as we will be announcing our events calendar and web and social sites.

Well needless to say it has been awhile. Things here have been very busy and we are so thankful for that. Hi Everyone! It has been very busy around here and I apologize for staying away.

I came here today to post a very important message that was sent to me by our very Audio Editor Rich Vance. It is a reminder that it is CENSUS SEASON and sures as a great pirce of information.

So Please take a minute and read it carefully:

2010 Census Begins.

WARNING: 2010 Census Cautions from the Better Business Bureau

Be Cautious About Giving Info to Census Workers by Susan Johnson, BBB

With the U.S. Census process beginning, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) advises people to be cooperative, but cautious, so as not to become a victim of fraud or identity theft. The first phase of the 2010 U.S. Censusis under way as workers have begun verifying the addresses of households across the country.

Eventually, more than 140,000 U.S. Census workers will count every person in the United States and will gather information about every person living at each address including name, age, gender, race, and other relevant data.

The big question is - how do you tell the difference between a U.S.. Census worker and a con artist?

BBB offers the following advice:

** If a U.S. Census worker knocks on your door, they will have a badge,

a handheld device, a Census Bureau canvas bag and a confidentiality notice.

Ask to see their identification and their badge before answering their questions.

However, you should never invite anyone you don't know into your home.

** Census workers are currently only knocking on doors to verify address information.

Do not give your Social Security number, credit card or banking information to anyone,

even if they claim they need it for the U.S. . Census.

REMEMBER, NO MATTER WHAT THEY ASK, YOU REALLY ONLY NEED TO TELL THEM HOW MANY PEOPLE LIVE AT YOUR ADDRESS...

While the Census Bureau might ask for basic financial information, such as a salary range.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO ANSWER ANYTHING AT ALL ABOUT YOUR FINANCIAL SITUATION.

The Census Bureau will not ask for Social Security, bank account, or credit card numbers, nor will employees solicit donations.

Any one asking for that information is NOT with the Census Bureau.

AND REMEMBER, THE CENSUS BUREAU HAS DECIDED NOT TO WORK WITH ACORN ON GATHERING THIS INFORMATION.

No Acorn worker should approach you saying he/she is with the Census Bureau.

Eventually, Census workers may contact you by telephone, mail, or in person at home. However,
the Census Bureau will not contact you by Email, so be on the lookout for Email scams impersonating the Census.

Never click on a link or open any attachments in an Email that are supposedly from the U.S. Census Bureau.

PLEASE SHARE THIS INFO WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Good Morning! Wow was this ever a busy week for us…or should I say month. I’m sorry for not doing the blog but things have been very busy.

On Tuesday Co Host Andy Marken and I were joined by Charles Klinker of Verbatim. Charles did a wonderful job of bringing us up to date on what is going on at Verbatim. He spoke to us about external drives as well as their current NAS. Charles then explained to us about the modifications of their new NAS that should be ready for the Holiday season. I look forward to meeting and talking to him at CES.

Second half of the show I was joined by Phil Libin of Evernote. Phil brought us up to date of the neat improvements to Ever Note since we last had them on. If you are looking to organize yourself take a good look at Evernote.

On Wednesday Ceazar…Rover and Rich did a How To show and it was great. Please make sure you download this one and listen as they cover a wide sweep of technology.

Thursday Martin Feuerhahn of Friend Caller joined me in the first half of the show. Friend Caller is a peer to peer telephone service and I will tell you very stable and very clear.

Today I was joined by Steven Leonard and Jonas Svensson of Microsoft. We talked about Windows Home Server. Steven gave us an overview of Home Server and all its wonderful capabilities.

Jonas who I was very fortunate to meet with Ceazar and Christine at the smbNation conference a few weeks ago brought us up to date on the Home Server Community. Like we have been saying Microsoft feels like it is on a new beginning and is really paying attention to the customer base. So with that in mind the team set up a community and offers beta testing and then sits back a listens to the feed back.

This show is a must download if you want to learn about Home Server opr if you are already a user to expand your knowledge base.

Please go to the Java with John archives and listen to this show and support our sponsors because they make it possible for us to bring you all the shows we do.

Good Morning! Wow was this ever a busy week for us…but a week that brought us to two trade shows that were just fabulous.

First was our Tuesday show with Tim Hites – President and Mark Moeller – VP Business Development – ICC Global Hosting. They are the First and Leading Provider of Hosted Virtual Desktops. ICC Global Hosting provides cloud-based virtualized desktop hosting services to commercial enterprises, academic institutions, and public sector entities.

Wednesday and Thursday we attended IAITAM ( International Association of Technology Asset Managers) at the Green Valley Resort – Henderson, Nevada.

The show President and Founder is Barbara Rembiesa. Has she ever put together a wonderful event as well as an association that is so very important to the industry in helping organizations manage their assets. Please take the time to listen to the interviews posted on our web site.

Friday and Saturday we spent time at the Riviera Conference Center, Las Vegas, Nevada.

The conference was the SMBNation founded by Harry Brelsford – CEO. In a time of a recession that our nation is going through the participants at the SMBNation were working together to help SMB companies survive what the tough times they are facing.

SMB Nation conferences, seminars and workshops bring forward-thinking IT consultants, technologies and vendors together, sparking new opportunities in the SMB space. . Please take the time to listen to the interviews posted on our web site.

Today our JAVA show was with David Henry – Netgear. It was all about home entertainment and the ease of it with Netgear equipment.

We first spoke about Home Theater Internet Connection Kit (XAVB1004) and how this sets up the ease of connectivity.

Then we spoke about Digital Entertainer Live (EVA2000) and the ability to tap into a new kind of TV viewing.

Next on the list of entertainment equipment is the brains of the operation RangeMax Dual Band Wireless-N Gigabit Router (WNDR3700). This robust multi band router is the finest that Netgear offers and I will tell you it is just wonderful and full of features.

Now we talked about connection…viewing and the brains to get it to your HDTV here is the final leg in this win…win…win…win entertainment solution from NetGear. And it is called Stora (MS2110) and it provides a web based NAS (that means you can access this unit from anywhere in the world YEAH Netgear) that stores all your information in one drive in it’s two drive bay case. The second drive bay provides a mirror image of the first drive…so just think your data and all the pictures and music you like is now backed up on your computer…the first drive bay where you chose to store it for HDTV viewing and the second drive bay in Stora…again Netgear you just continue to amaze me

Please go to the Java with John achives and listen to this show and support our sponsors because they make it possible for us to bring you all the shows we do.

Sunday, September 27, 2009

Good Morning! I can’t believe my energy level today…I haven’t felt this good in a long time.

Tuesday was an Encore performance of our Sunday Java with John show. The show was with two of our sponsors Kingston Technology and CMS Products.

First Mike Sager spent some time with us teaching us about the different ratings of speeds…wow did he do a wonderful job with that. Then Mike walked us through the product lines for every memory need you could possibly have. Mike wrapped up the first half of the show taking us through the SSD line Kingston has.

Second half of our show was with Gary Strueter of CMS Products. Well it took a lot from me to fight off talking about Bounce Back for the whole segment but I did it. I asked Gary if he would talk to us first about their Secure Encrypted Flash Drives. Then I really wanted to learn more about their CE – Secure Data Encryption Software and its capability. I must say that I am going to be a user of this software very shortly. I like the idea of being able to set up the individual vaults. Now yeah onto my favorite backup program BounceBack. Gary spoke to the features in the Ultimate version and then addressed the latest version Essential. The coolest feature of both these products and by the way still the industry’s only feature of booting from a USB Storage Device remains with Bounce Back.

OK Wednesday show was with Randy Skogland our man in the Nations Capital and Dave Doering who brinks us great industry news and yes all the cool new web sites.

Thursday we were joined by Phillip Pyo – Netgear. This show was packed with new product from our friends at Netgear.

First we had Phillip talk to us about Home Theater Internet Connection Kit which enables you to use the copper in the walls to reach where ever you want to go. When you reach that point here comes the difference … on the receiving end you can connect up to four USB devices.

Second Phillip spoke about Digital Entertainer Live. This unit allows you to play your movies, music and photo collections stored on USB storage devices and computers right on your TV. Enjoy YouTube™ and other Internet video LIVE.

Third we spoke about “N” technology and that it is now officially released by IEEE. So with that said we reviewed their RangeMax Dual Band Wireless-N Gigabit Router. The router offers more wireless channels, less interference and better connections using Dual Band Wireless-N and Enterprise class security for business class secured WiFi connectivity.

Fourth Phillip and looked at Stora. Netgear has answered ourc storage needs with such a simple efficient way… Store: centralize home music, videos, photos and files Share: get the content you want on the devices you need, Protect: Add a disk drive for automatic data mirroring and Get your content in the places you want it!

Now the light bulb are going off heh all these new devices tell a big entertainment story…thank you Netgear.

Then in the second half of the show I was joined by Richard Andrus who joins us monthly and teaches us SEO (Search Engine Optimazation). Well it is really important if you have a web site or are planning to develop a web site to listen ti this broadcast and visit Dick at SearchForcast.

Wednesday was How To 's with  Ceazar and Rover. I have to say that with these in the studio I never know what will happen. Well this week we spoke about Downloads and Drivers and everything about them so please go visit that show in our archives.

Good afternoon! I'm being lazy today and just now remembered that it is blog time.

On Tuesday, we had Andy Frankel from Nextar on the show. Andy reviewed the wonderful GPS units they have and all the great features that come on board with them. Can you imagine getting traffic reports, gas prices, weather reports, movie times, news headlines and stock reports, all on your GPS. I can affirm that they are very reliable units as I used one traveling this spring to the Southwest Computer Conference in Ca.

On Wednesday, we had an Encore Performance from  Filip Tack - CEO of NomaDesk. Well I'm here to tell you what a great piece of software this product is. It is the easiest, and listen to what I'm saying, the MOST SECURE way to share, syncronize and backup your most critical files even when you are offline! Please take a minute and visit this web site.

Thursday, Lou DaRe and Abbas Mehdi of iolo joined me and let me tell you we talked about System Mechanic 9 and all the powerful enhancements designed to fix up your PC like never before. If you think your PC is running slow or maybe it is a little old and needs a good automatic easy fix then please go to iolo
and download the trail version so you can see for yourself what this product will do for your tired PC...hang on tight because you are not going to believe that it is the same PC.

Today's Java with John show was an Encore Performance of the August 23rd WiMAX. It was with Stephen Kuo - WiMAX Marketing Manager at Intel and Jeremy Abler - General Manager - Las Vegas - Clearwire spent the hour with me talking about WiMAX that has just been released in my home town Las Vegas, Nevada.

OK, please, I invite you to come and join us Tuesday…Wednesday and Thursday’s “LIVE” from 5:00 – 6:00 pm Pacific Time and then on Sunday Morning’s from 10:05 – 11:00 am Pacific Time for our special edition of ”JAVA with JOHN on the FOX NEWS NETWORK

Good Morning! Wow, it is hard to believe that today is the last day of August. I can't believe it is almost time to gear up for the Holiday Season as well as CES 2010. The Computer Outlook will be there again as well as attending Showstoppers 2010.

Tuesday, the 25th of Sept., we had one of our favorite guests back with us David Milman - CEO of  RescueCom . David reviewed with us the continued growth of the national computer repair company...wow, has this company expanded it's tech force since our last visit. Much of the success over the past year has been freeing David up to do what he enjoys most, being creative and planning the growth. This all became possible because of the addition of Josh Kaplan as President. Please take the time and read  RESCUECOM's 2009 Second Quarter Reliability Report

Wednesday, August 26th, was our Industry News and Reiews show with Randy Skoglund - Executive Director - Americans for Technology Leadership and Dave Doering of Tech Voice.

Thursday, was an Encore Performance of the Java with John featuring Stephen Kuo - WiMax Marketing Manager - Intel and Jeremy Abler - General Manager of Las Vegas Clear. What a team this is turning out to be...Intel a leader in the TECH Industry had the vision of what WiMAX was going to be and with their tech and financial support has gone that one extra step once again to make our daily use of computers a much more enjoyable experience. Clearwire had the concept and technology to broaden our use of mobile and office internet services.Together they have untethered us of wires and coffee shops because Clear gives you a city that is a HOTSPOT... how great is that. I am very fortunate and will be testing the service very shortly, so stand by and listen to our show to see how your non- geek host does with this service.

On Sunday August 30th Filip Tack - CEO of NomaDesk was our guest. Well I'm here to tell  you what a great piece of software this product is. It is the easiest and listen to what I'm saying the MOST SECURE way to share, syncronize and backup your most critical files even when you are offline! Please take a minute and visit this web site.

Please visit out web site  and the daily show archives  as well as out Java with John archives..

Ok it's Monday night and yes I missed the blog yesterday but for good reason...I had company all day.

The past week was great with Andy Marken on Tuesday giving us a review of new product from Verbatim and then Andy recapped the Flash Memory Summit in Santa Clara in the beginning of the month.

Wednesday we aired the last set of interviews from the CompTIA Breakaway 2009. Like I have said several times it was a wonderful event...thank you CompTIA for inviting us.

Thursday was Michael Miller night my favorite author. Michael was simply wonderful giving a great Tech History lesson. He walked us through the history of the Internet in the first half of the show. In the second half Michael reviewed for us his latest book "The Internet at Your Fingertips". This is a real reference guide and as usual he did a very good job.

Sunday's Java with John show was extra special for me because my guests Stephen Kuo - WiMAX Marketing Manager at Intel and Jeremy Abler - General Manager - Las Vegas - Clearwire spent the hour with me talking about WiMAX that has just been released in my home town Las Vegas, Nevada.

Good Morning! It is Monday and I do apologize for being late but yesterday I had Rover and Cesar visiting and time ran out. First we did the Java with John show and had a great one with Amy Huson from Plantronics. It is a simply wonderful conversation about the technology that goes into helping us with Unified Communication. Plantronics is a household name and this show demonstrates the reason why. If you missed our Java Show, please listen to it in our archives. http://www.computeroutlook.com/java-with-john/archives.php

Good Morning! I'm getting ready for the "JAVA with JOHN" Sunday show. My guest this week is Sharon Fry, yes, our show Co Host sits in a double roll this Sunday. Sharon spent the week in New Orleans at the Microsoft Worldwide Partners Conference, so she will recap her week with us this morning. If you missed our Java Show, please listen to it in our archives. http://www.computeroutlook.com/java-with-john/archives.php

Sharon also joined us Tuesday live from New Orleans and had interviews with Pam Salzer - Senior Director, Worldwide Partner Group - Microsoft
Aimee Z. Sprung - Local Software Economy Program Manager
Kimberly Valero - Developer & Platform Evangelism.

Sharon also shared her impressions of the conference to that point.

Ceazar and Rover were in the studio for our "How To" show. If you have never heard these two guys offering point - counterpoint opinions that it is a must download for an mp3 file or make sure you are with us the 3rd Wednesday of every month.

On Thursday, my favorite author, Michael Miller joined us to discuss the new much anticipated Microsoft OS Windows 7. Michael is currently working on several books due to be released in the early fall. How he continues to write a winner after winner is beyond me, but I'm so pleased that he joins us every 3rd Thursday of every month.

On Tuesday we had Jay Ferron - President of the APCUG and Robert Vance - Regional Advisor of the APCUG. We talked about the Annual Ohio Midwest Regional Conference.

The Wednesday show featured Marsha Egan - CEO - The Egan Group. Well if you want to save time personally or you are responsible at work for the budget you need to listen to this show as Marsha gave us a lot of cost saving tips on e mail and it's time consuming hole if not managed properly.

Have you heard of TWITTER...then you need All a Twitter: A Personal and Professional Guide to Social Networking with Twitter written by Tee Morris. He was so good in teaching us about all the features that are available and his favorite features. Tee was our Thursday guest.

On our Java with John Sunday show we had the pleasure to hear from Stefan Weitz - Director - Microsoft Bing Search Group. BING is their new search engine that in my opinion is the best out there so many wonderful features to many to talk about here so go listen to it in our archives. http://www.computeroutlook.com/java-with-john/archives.php

OK we got Sharon off to New Orleans to cover the Microsoft Partners Worldwide Conference. Hopefully we will have Sharon LIVE Tuesday night 7/14/09 from the conference.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING
We all look forward to the wonderful day of fine food from the moment we wake up and already smell the turkey in the oven and pies being made. The day is so planned out around food and football and the thing called family. Funny how family sneaks into the picture when in the real world it is all we have in our precious time here on earth...let's make that part of this day and hold each others hand and promise each other that thanksgiving is everyday.
I'll start this one off by thanking each and everyone of you for inviting me into you homes every week day. I just really enjoy that hour with you and how our family has grown.
I will treasure those moments. Thank You.
